Roveitia is committed to providing a clear checkout experience and using established service providers to process payments securely.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, accelerated checkout options, or other methods enabled for your region. Availability can change by device, country, currency, and payment provider.
Currency
The store’s base currency is U.S. dollars (USD). If a localized display or payment provider shows another currency, the final checkout amount and currency shown before authorization control the transaction. Your bank may apply conversion or international transaction fees.
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Card issuers and payment services may perform authorization, identity, address, or fraud-prevention checks.
Secure Processing
Checkout and payment information are processed through Shopify and enabled payment providers using their security controls. Roveitia does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. No internet transmission is risk-free, so customers should also protect account credentials and use trusted devices and networks.
Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may be declined because of issuer controls, incorrect details, availability of funds, address mismatch, regional restrictions, or risk screening. Contact your payment provider first, then email us if the issue continues.
Fraud Prevention
We may request reasonable order verification or cancel an order when fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. Verification requests will come from our stated support email. We will never ask you to send a complete card number by email.
Discount Codes
Discounts must be entered before checkout is completed. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
